New Horse with Cow Hocks

I got a new horse for my birthday and he has cow hocks.. I wanted some more opinions on the issue..  what i can do the help/prevent problems in the furture? what could be some problems?

looking for some opinions!

You cant see them with the picture that well but its all i got!

Its not horribly severe but he has it haha
