    Endurance or Traditional Type Reins

I am shopping for a new pair of reins, and I was given the option of the traditional english ones with the buckle in the center , or endurance loop reins.  I can't decide.  Does anyone have a preferance?  I mainly just trail ride.

Well  I chose neither.  I have been using a rope hackamore on  my girl and found some reins made with the same yahting rope in brown to match the headstall.  I like the feel of them, it is what I am used to, so I went that route.  Thanks for reading my question though!
