Next week Casi will hit day 300. Minis tend to go around 320, according to many mini breeders... and they all say to start watching at day 300 b/c it's not unusual to go soon after that.. then of course, there are those (horses, I mean) who wait until day 360 or even longer! ;)

Anyhow, Casi's udder has slight developement! No photos yet, sorry. She's ALL HAIR! Friday (if not tomarrow) I will be relieving her of some of that belly fur, and then can take photos ;) (nothing on Ruby or Cocoa yet, once there is news I'll make them a thread, too).

I hope to get my camera online on marestare by the weekend. Need to move it though so it covers more than just one stall, as I have 3 due roughly the same time (one, Ruby, is due a month after Casi and Cocoa, but you never know....)

Sometimes I wish I lived closer to you :) I just love baby minis and their cutey lil feet.

If you did, we could exchange baby mini time for adorable puppy time ;) I'll make sure to get some baby feetie photos for you though ;)

I shaved off belly hair on Casi and Cocoa today. It's funny how small they look now lol! I took photos but haven't yet taken them off the camera, hopefully tomarrow I"ll get to that. The girls look a little silly in their hairdos, but oh well ;)

Sorry I haven't gotten them up yet! I tend to only use my laptop on my work week, and I have to get them on my desktop.... If hubby turns on the desktop this w/e I will try to get them up, otherwise early next week! :)

Cam's not up yet. We haven't moved it yet, maybe this coming week. Casi's bag hasn't gotten any bigger than it was, and it's barely noticeable, so I haven't been in a hurry. But, being a maiden mini, they dont' necessarily bag up in advance, so I really should get it up! :)

Ok, I FINALLY got them up! :) Today she is 306 days, these were taken last week at 293 days. There is SLIGHT udder developement, but it hasn't changed since.

I THINK her udder is slightly bigger today! I need to get some pics of it, I hope to remember to when I bring her back in. I think it felt bigger, but that's why I take the photos ;)

Looking back at these, she doesn't seem to look much different, but her udder feels fuller (not much, but some) to me. I REALLY hope to get my camera online next week or the one after, and will let you know when I do ;)

Ok it took me some time to get these up, but there first ones are from 307 days pregnant

And these are from today, at 317 days

Any opinions? I know her udder isn't very big right now... but I keep hearing mini maidens don't always get much, if any, of an udder, so I'm trying to keep that in mind ;) Sometimes her belly looks low to me, other times it doesnt. Her muscles seem to slope more to me when I'm feeling there, hard to see with her fur... but maybe it's just her? She can pull her tail down, but didn't do it very strongly... might be just because she's easy going and doesn't mind what I do to her, or maybe she' starting to loose muscle? So hard to say with maiden minis!!! :(

I paid for my camera to be online, so early this week it will be all set up and I"ll provide the link ;)

her udder looks a little bigger, and she does look a little wider but, other then that i have to agree that there's not much of a change, but as you said she is a first timer. I guess we'll just have to wait and see (with the waiting being the hardest part  )

Yes, yhe waiting sure is the hardest! I'm just hoping she goes on my week off (I work 7 on/7 off)
