That's terrible! We don't have much ATV traffic b/c most of what's around me is private residential property, but like I said before, my favorite idiot sent his drunk friends on ATV's into my hayfield just days before second cutting. I called the cops that time. It was a neighbor who called me and told me what was going on, otherwise my hay would have been ruined.
I think it's time to post a thread to find out if this is strictly a NJ problem.
