    Borelli saddles

    Hello all,

Does anyone here have any experience with Borelli saddles?  I am thinking of purchasing one to replace my black Collegiate Sr Event.  I wish I had bought it brown all those years ago or I wouldn't be looking to repace it - but I wanted black at the time because I was doing more dressage, now however I am doing Hunters.  Anyway I when I researched used Borelli saddles it seems to be they are going pretty cheap and I wonder if that indicative of quality?  I thought I had heard good things about Borelli?  What do you guys think?

Sorry, but I've never had experience or even heard of Borelli saddles. But your doing the good thing by trying to research it. Some saddle companies do sell cheapy saddles but some honestly sell theirs for low prices with quality consruction and leather. Sorry I wasn't much help!

I have a Borelli myself. I don't use it very often as I ride western for the most part. But I have found it to be a fine saddle for my purpose of riding. It's made well and comfortable.

hey, i actually own a borelli saddle that was made in argentina. they are no longer made but you can find them for sale. they awere originally a very expensive saddle that now have gone down in price since they are slightly older and are all used. when i got my saddle brand new it was a 2500$ saddle. they are made of quality leather and need constant care.
