So today I competed in my 4th show. The morning didnt start out so great. It took us at least an hour to load him. He was antsy when I tacked up, but was fine under saddle. He did great in the hunter walk/trot on the flat, but we forgot to take off the standing martingale, so i was disqualified. Then he refused the first jump on walk/trot over fences :( But it ended great. On the walk/trot/canter over fences, instead of there just being 4 cross rails, the put up a whole course(which was definitely not expected). We have not showed on a full course, and there was all sorts of flowers and designs. He did amazing and we came home with a fourth place ribbon in the walk/trot/canter on the flat, a fourth place and a Fifth place ribbon on walk/trot/canter over fences. Then he just walked straight into the trailer when we were going home
