Mares aren't bad, some are just a little moody(aren't we all...) I've already said this but it is worth repeating. I am 5'9", I wanted AT LEAST 16h, didn't care about breed, gelding, under 10, started in English....The horse I am getting that fits me great is a 15.2h 9yr old mare that cribs....not what I was looking for but when I rode her and was around her it works. Can't she at least try it? Please? I know I'm getting a headache trying to find something that meets her specs, so I am sure you must be! Good luck!
