It looks like a Pakistani-built saddle. Thin leather (see the rolls in the stirrup leather and flank cinch), dimple in the seat, cantle & stitching crooked, exposed screw head in the flocking. The 100% feedback score is for mostly Aussie saddles as far back as I looked, so this may be a new line of saddles for the seller. And shipping is almost $40. So if you send it back you'll have to spend $80 for nothing, plus wait and hope you DO get your money back in a reasonable amount of time.
Gullet width is 6 3/4". That's just barely full QH bars. And you have no idea if the rock & flare of the tree bars will fit your horse. And for a starting bid over $200 you're not that far away from an Abetta or Weaver brand flex tree price.
I have an eBay Pakistani saddle I bought 5 years ago just for starting green horses under saddle. I paid less than $100 for it, new. So if a horse goes over backward on it I'm not out much money. No way I would use it as a primary riding saddle. ~FH

"Abuse is when a human action or reaction is obviously accompanied by anger, rage or adrenaline. Proper correction and reprimand are done in silence with thoughtful intent. Your horse knows the difference." ~FloridaHorseman
