Miss_Versatility :
I also now of a Tucker saddle thats for sale around me although when i googled tucker saddles i didnt see one that i like. Soooo i;m waiting to see pictures on it,
I'd suggest finding out if that Tucker is 1) in your price range, and 2) if it fits your horse before buying any eBay saddle. Many Tuckers usually sell new for between $1800- $2000 and are e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y well built and confortable.
The eBay saddle is double rigged, has a round skirt and in-skirt rigging, which is good. But it's also set full forward, so you may want to learn how to use the double rig feature to move the saddle position farther forward, if necessary. The "pocket" in the seat is well behind the stirrups which may be tough on your legs staying balanced. The poor picture of the off-billet strap looks like it's cheap and thin. Anticipate having to buy good leather billets if you get that one. I think $280 (including shipping) is more than I would pay for it. ~FH
ETA- I just read that eBayer's return policy. You have 7 days to return it. BUT... they specifically say they will not take it back if it's been placed on a horse in any way. How else do you determine if it fits? So you cannot return it if it doesn't fit. Buyer beware...
