    working equitation

I am looking for a book on riding working equitation, the riding discipline popular in Spain, Portugal, and other parts of Europe. It's like a combination of dressage and trail horse. Here's a link to a video of the speed test: working equitation It looks pretty fun and I know my Lusitano mare would be good at it. But, I don't know how to do it. Has anyone seen a how-to book written in English about the sport?

Someone at the Int'l Andalusian and Lusitano Horse Association is helping to get some WE clinics started in the US. He sent me some links to videos, if you're interested. Videos here: You Tube  The first video is the dressage test--nothing like a USDF test, it has sliding stops and walk pirouettes--and when that video is done you'll see a title in the upper right corner of the window that says Part 2. Click on Part 2 and the 2nd video comes up. The 2nd video is about the maneuverability test. When that test is done, Part 3 is displayed just as Part 2 was, click on it in the upper right of the Part 2 window. Part 3 is the speed test again.
