    Some people make me sick.

An email came through via my riding club.  In a neighboring town.... "Is anyone missing a pony/horse?".  I'm thinking someone actually lost their animal.

When you open it, you see the elderly pony was left tied to a tree in an area where people walk.  They attached a pic, the poor thing is skin and bones.

Someone deliberately took this animal, after not caring for it for god knows how long, tied it to a tree in an area where people walk, thinking some bleeding heart will take it in.   WHATTTTTT!!!Angry

What goes on in someone's head when they do something like this?   I am just so pissed off.  I know it happens everyday in everyway, and, it does piss me off where ever it happens, but, when it's in your own backyard, where you could possibly be able to slap this idiot, well, it's just.......... aaaaaaaggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is sad. You hear about babies getting dumped on doorsteps, and dogs and cats being dropped off outside of neighborhoods where people will see them.

I wouldn't ever dream of doing either, and certainly wouldn't dump a horse, no matter how bad things got.

I hope someone does take pity on the horse and take care of it.

That is absolutely sickening! Kinda like people thinking it's okay to drop off animals at stables and such. What do we look like we're made out of money?

    Ugh.

     What a cowardly, despicable act.

i am of the opinion that people who are cruel to animals should have to suffer what they made the animal suffer.  how would they like to be starved and then dumped.

I bump into this sort of thing all the time and have been to court several times to give evidence in animal cruelty cases.  the sad thing is that even if prosecuted the buggers are soon back to thier old tricks.  Sigh.

Still there are lots of wonderful, caring animal owners out there in the world, it is just ruined by a few bad apples. Huh?
