    Exercise Book for Riders

    Hello All!

I am wondering what books you have tried/used for exercises (for the rider, off the horse) to stay in shape when you can't ride alot? I have read reviews on Amazon for a few. I would prefer a book that didn't require a gym membership and is easy to understand...I give riding lessons to a 15yr old girl who wants to do exercises that will help her in and out of the saddle.

    Thanks!

Get a copy of RIDER FITNESS: BODY AND BRAIN by Eckart Meyners. The book includes exercises for on-the-ground and under-saddle. The subtitle on the book says: 180 Anytime, Anywhere Exercises Including a complete warm-up and cool-down plan. It's printed by Trafalgar Square, and I got mine from Amazon.
