Thanks for the help. He has a sweet personality and is very vocal.He talks to me when i come out of our house.lol He likes being brushed and wants to rest his head on me alot. I havent rode him yet so we will have to see about his smoothness.looks smooth from the ground view.

Actually the RMH and KMSH come in pretty much all colors, you just pay more for the chocolate with the silver mane and tail . It really is hard to say just from looking at the picture. It looks like he's got the nice sturdy legs and build of a Rocky or Kentucky. I'd say if he's got the personality of a mountain horse and the nice smooth rack just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Minx is a red chocolate with a black mane and tail and depending on the time of year and how faded she is, she looks pretty much bay.

From that pic it's sort of hard to tell what he might be. However, I don't think he is a RMH - they tend to be more of a solid chocolate color with lighter manes and tails (not always, but most often). He looks like he could be a TWH or an RMH cross, too hard to tell. To give you my best guess I would need to see other conformational shots and maybe a video of movement. He is cute, though

ok I have no clue what breed my new horse is.I am giving a guess maybe a kentucky horse. I have never ben around gaited horses so I really dont know. I said kentucky breed cause of his coloring. He seems to be racking ok from what I can tell. He is about 15.2 or so if that helps.thanks for any help.ok the picture isnt working if you look on my photo albulm you can see a picture of him
