Hi,

I just got this new girth from ebay.  Its black. I just wanted to know what you guys think of it and do you think it will look alright with my saddle.

I haven't tried it on my horse yet. I will over the weekend. Hopefully it will fit.

Even though its not a perfect match...its not you will be able to see the leather part since it will be under the saddle flap and under my horse's belly. Right?

 From what I can tell from the pictures, it doesn't look like a big difference. Are you planning on showing in this?

Very nice girth!! I've seen them before in catalogs, although I don't know how much support they offer because a lot of it appears to be elastic and not leather. And it seems like it would itch the horse by the elbows. But you'll have to let us know what your horse thinks of it! I don't know the actual color of your saddle but it looks like a dark enough leather to match up with your new girth. It's kind of hard to tell whether the leather up by the buckles will be hidden by the saddle flap without it actually on your horse.

 Interesting! I've never seen a girth like that before. Would give alot of stretch - your horse will let you know how it feels.

The new girth fits.  My horse seems to like it.   The elastic part does't bother her one bit.  Yes,i will use it to show in. Im only doing schooling shows.
