    Scoot

We have finnaly found the horse since Tucker has passed away. We baught him from  my  best friend.(only$800.00) he has only had him  a year and a half. Well we think hes been  abused becouse he's very headshy the first day it took us almost an hour to catch him and bridle him. but since then he's gotten to know us and it has become more easy only takes like 5 min. tops. Hes affraid of fly spray and brushes and alot of things... hes 13 yrs old about 14hh part QH and something else ill post a pick ...later on this blog.  he questions everyhting you do with him.. he will pull back and drag you when hes afraid but if you let up on thelead rope  and give him his head he will stop. Amazingly he's the gratest on the trail!!! he hardly ever spooks and he just goes, thats why we baught him. well were in the process we start making payment this friday. He hasnt had dental work before, so thats going to be fun!!!! i already have an appt.  He's the sweetest thing, and he's really warming up to us, and he has starting trying new things for us slowly, hes just scared, andmy friend has so many horses that he hasnt had the chance to work with him.. OO and hes branded left hindquarter  its GM i treid to look it up and i dont know what it means..  so thats are new addition. im sure ill poast with Qs with addvise!

Congrats on the new horse. Can't wait to see pics. I'm sure if you work with him everyday, the headshy thing will go away. My dad's little mini did that the first 6 months he had him. Now he's fine. Good luck with him. Don't forget the pics, lol.

Sounds like Scoot will need a little extra time and energy, but i'm sure he's worth it and will come around in no time. Good luck and congrats!

He's new to you so will learn to trust you. Sounds like you are being careful with him and taking your time.
