    The BLM wants your opinion on what to do about our Wild Horses and Burros.  There's too many in the range and too many that are non-adoptable and taking up diminishing financial resources.

    The plan is to euthanize thousands of non-adoptable WH&B or sell them "without limitations" (i.e. to kill buyers).
