We did it!! We avoided the million horses dragging around in various draw reins and tie downs, got in one good practice in the arena by getting up early and into the ring. Had a good practice..unlike several competitors who tried to practice while the ring was full of other horses and had major prooblems..glad I was awatching and not trying to drive. Made it into our class without any problems by hitching just outside the gate and won the class!!!! Woo Hooo Won the circuit award too!!! Judge hated my cart and harness. He did have a good point because I did not use my show cart as I have been driving only witht he training cart. I am still using breeching and used it in the show and he did not like that either. But we had a nice forward walk a good normal trot and a good working trot and hint of a strong trot. We transitioned well from walk to trot and within tro and had a good stop and nice straight back. Woo Hoo A year in the making.
