Well, I managed to put the whole weightloss issue out of my mind for a week or two (or three). Stress has been my #1 issue lately. Moved into a new house, moved my horse to a new barn, and hosted Christmas to 20 people on 16 hours notice.
I am going on a new track starting tomorrow. I am setting the alarm to get up with Hubby ( I like to sleep in) and will head to the gym in the a.m. Then stop at the barn to run around with Le Doux for a while. I have been doing just okay with the food issue (since I cooked Christmas dinner, we had all my favorite, made just the way I like them!!

) And I have pounded more than a few cookies sitting in front of the computer tonight! Yikes...only 4 left!! Good for those of you behaving so well!!!
