I grew up in a small town in eastern North Dakota. Right now I am going to school in Colorado as an Equine Science major. My dream is to work in equine reproduction. I own 3 horses right now. One registered Paint mare named Pressed For Money. She is 18 years old and 16.2 hh. I have owned her for the last 6 years. She is a bay Tobiano paint. I have done parades, trail riding, and some showing with Cherokee (her pet name). I also own 2 Quarter Horse/Morgan (I call them Qorgans!) crosses Chyenne and Comanche. Cheyenne is 4 years old and Comanche (her colt) is 9 months old. Cheyenne will be sent to the Amish for training this coming spring hopefully. Comanche has a few years yet before actually training begins but he is doing very well with things like grooming, ferriering, etc. I have over 11 years of experience with horses. I keep some sort of memory or record of all the horses I have worked with. I have worked with brood mares, taught riding lessons and horse care, trail rode, done some western showing, ran my own home stable, trained, rode in parades, done minor veterinary care, worked with therapeutic riding organizations, helped with a rodeo, and done various other activities involving taking care of ones own horses.
