Donuts are sooo good! In fact pastries in general are my downfall. I have to make sure I eat before I go grocery shopping otherwise the list goes out the window. I acutally lost most of the weight 2 years ago and then held steady for a year. I just got back into it this January and it's alot harder with the last 15 pounds I want to loose. If I could change it into muscle then I wouldn't mind.

Congrats on your wedding! Don't be embarrassed with what the numbers say. You know the old saying "It's whats on the inside that counts!" I was 210 at my heaviest and now am down to 152 as of last Fri. HOWEVER I have been soooo bad this past week. I was pretty much OFF the diet and was eating like a madwoman. mmmmmm chocolate cake. I am really dreading the weigh in tomarrow morning. I haven't even been to the gym or done my videos this week but that was due to scheduling changes. Walking is a great

I hope that's what's going on with me. I just can't seem to stick to the menu. I made the guys at work chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines and ate four today. Hopefully I can get back on the wagon and break the 150 barrier!

Pure laziness and lack of will power! We went to Friendly's Friday since hubby was sick with a cold and I didn't want to cook. Then we went to Ponderosa Sunday and I went crazy at the buffet! The steak however was totally forgetable. I really don't think I'll be eating there again. Very diappointing.

Not to worry our schedules are so different that most days we only see each other asleep! He got a card and a teeeny tiny box of chocolates but, I got stiffed! He says he has "something up his sleeve" I hope he is not refering to his arm!

That's just about the only good thing you can say about being sick. "Hey, I was tossing my cookies all week but, I lost 5 pounds!" I did that once and would rather have kept the fat thank you very much.

I can't get under 154! Every time I do good with my diet on the week I end up cheating (read going out to dinner with hubby) on the weekend. We had 2 steak dinners this weekend! The first one was totlly worth it but, the second was just plain laziness and lack of willpower. I WILL GET TO 140 AT LEAST FOR A WEEK!!

I'm rooting for Stacy but, if Drew edges her out I won't be too upset. I'm so proud of whatshisname the football player. He has come a long way and has finally started to loosen up and relax but, no way near winning.

Maybe now that the TV shows are so popular more "young folk" will join up. I always wanted to go to a dance party but, no one can "dance" these days. They should teach it in school. I think there are actually a few PS schools in NYC that have started doing it (more like a club) and it really seems to be a good thing. Teaching social skills, respect and how to act with the opposite sex. I'm all for it Kooties and all!
