I'm getting an erroe when trying to come into here from my bookmarks. I first went to the link that I had for the old ES that has worked up until now...got page not found..the I took off the stuff at the end and tried the link that brings you right in the forums and got an error saying that the website declined access. I'm not the only one that's getting this..as I've heard from more then one person that they received the same message. Why did the links stop working??

Any way we can get the date and time when the message is posted??

I understand that change can be tough but the old version of this forum had a lot of bugs that never got worked out and this change just made things worse. The old format like we had when ES was part of About would be appreciated...a much more user friendly version. Another thing...can we get the different background colours back...this dark green is hard on the eyes. His colour is the only thing about him that I like. He's not put together well IMO..looks like parts from a few different horses. How old is he? The first thing that stuck out in my mind was the dip in his back. My 22yr old mare has one that deep...but I expect that from her age. I'll admit that I look at colour when looking for horses. But it's not the deciding factor...it's jsut icingon the cake. Start your search based on what you want to do with the horse then narrow down from there based on

Ouch! I probably wouldn't have called the vet either. I feel comfortable enough to handle most of my horses cuts and scrapes. I can needle a horse so I can administer antibotics myself. Not to mention that a farm call alone is $100. I will call the vet if I need them but if I can handle it then I will.

I bought a 2yr old filly that hadn't seen another horse since she was weaned. We turned her out with the other horses and she got bullied and bruised. We started throwing her out with the cattle becuase that was what she was used to..so she shared a fence line with the other horses...then after a month or so we threw them all together. She still got pushed out of the group but she was slowly accepted...now she's part of the herd a year later...they can adapt..they just need to learn how to be a horse
