Solo - All I can say is ROFL. That is about how my luck is when the rain hits. Also your newest blog topic had me laughing. I see you really do like that clean shaven look on Solo. It's so interesting that I can't look away from it. Blue - Sorry to hear about BO's great dane. They are wonderful dogs. 7 - Its so great to hear about kids being outside and enjoying horses instead of sitting on the couch inside all day veggin out in front of the TV. Just remember that its for the better that

JG - That just totally sucks about the truck. My little GMC Sonoma was doing the same thing months ago and I had to have the $500 sensor replaced. We are looking to upgrade my little truck for something newer. But I'm a bit fussy so it will take a while to find it. LOL. Bucks - Sounds like you had an awesome lesson on Ginger. Slowing Glis down is something I work on too. Getting her to go from her english trot to a western jog has been fun to work on. At least your trainer now has a feel for

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I needed them. Glis is fine now. She is chewing her hay fine and grazing on grass. Although I do believe she was really enjoying her applesauce loaded bute and soaked feed. LOL. I am still stiff and my bruised butt is what hurts me the most. When Glis went down my butt landed first and took the brunt of it. You have no idea the muscles you use, until it hurts to use them. LOL. My ankle is not as swelled either, just a little bit. I should put

RC - What fantastic news about Bunny. You really have luck on your side finding new homes for your equine's. Both places sound like the perfect homes for them. Squeak - Sorry to hear you are feeling so aweful. LOL At least you were throwing up at work and not home. Let the cleaning crew clean up that mess. YUCK. Well my weekend ended up with me being covered in lumps, bump, bruised and scrapped. I rode both days. Sat was just a quick ride in the pasture working on leg yeilds, bending and such

That's beautiful SS and I will be sure to pass it along to my son.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We had perfect temps and I got a nice 2 hr ride in and Glis even got a nice hosing down when we got home. Today is darn near 70 and I'm stuck here in the office. Uhg. RC - Did you ride your new boy this weekend? Amm - How is everything with your neck? Will your DH be planning a big "5-0" party for ya? Squeak - How is are your stiff legs doing? Both you and the horse. LOL Solo - Whats the scoop on Solo? Still lame? rr - Only you can come up with a story

All you have to do is do a search with the Tack Trader ID number in and it shows right up. The saddle itself looks like a nice older saddle. I love the old, well built saddles myself. I forget, is this for showing or just for play? If you like it, have the fitter see if it will fit your horse and go from there.
monster tractor and manure distributer
That just makes me giggle.
And to everyone that was in chat this evening when I dropped out so suddenly
Are you sure it was your friend and not the converstation turning soggy and wet under your feet that made you leave all us gals so soon??

I think that the most important thing you must ALWAYS do is to give them the DAILY attention they deserve. Don't put them out in the pasture and forget about them. Their body may be failing them, but their mind and spirt are always there for you. I had my guy for 23 years and I was with him everyone of those days giving him the care he deserved. That includes all the basic feeding which for him at his age (25) was pellets, alfalfa cubes, hay stretcher, beet pulp, probiotic and supplements for

Blue - I guess you have to take the good with the bad in regards to the shift change. So glad that you are OK from the crash. That must have been scarry to say the least. How are the girls doing? Were you able to get them blankets so hopefully you'll be able to prevent rain rot next year? SH - Love the pics. How about one of Blue, we havent' seen him in ages? The lake pics are so peaceful. We can see why you love it up there so much. It must be spectacular to sit out on the dock with a cup
