Like... get DH to do the heavy stuff? Seriously, it's a good topic. I switched to a treeless saddle for me and my horses. I use a hose to fill buckets except in the winter. A Newer Spreader, also, saves me a lot of heavy work.

It sounds as if you're off to a good start, Jo. I used Pilates to get myself back after my back surgery, too. I am hooked, even now these many years later! I think I'm going to look into a gel seat... had never thought of it. Hope you'll be writing us about your marvelous rides, soon!
