I agree with OM... I dont care how good of a rider is... she's 8.

I have both, a PC with xp (vista was annoying - couldnt even plug in a usb key without having to 'install drives'), and a Macbook Pro with OSX on it - at first i didnt like it, but once I figured everything out, It is soo much better. Everything works, no problems. Paralells is great - for those odd programs you cant run on OSX. Go for the mac, not only are they easier to use with less problems, but they are also much sleeker looking.

Oh man, I HATE people like that! I work reception in a dental office, so I deal with people alll day. Yesterday some guy started to yell at me because his crown was so expensive! I felt like saying 'well its not my fault you didnt see a dentist for 5 years and your teeth are messed" The thing that irks me, is that he knew how much it would cost, and that he would have to pay for it up front!

You should have the vet out to check everything; his hip, his stifle and even his other legs.

You fit running martingales the same as a standing: the rings should reach the horse's chin when it's standing with its normal headset.

DoxieHorse, I don't normally reply to your posts; because to be honest, they annoy me. I dont have a lot of experience with babies, and I KNOW that. I have been around horses for 10 years (I know, not as long as some people - but Im still young ) and I have ridden at a lot of farms and a lot of different types of horses, but I know my limit. I would never buy or take on a horse that wasn't at least green broke, why? Because I dont have enough experience breaking horses, sure I've helped;
