Hi. I just popped in to see how it's going with your baby now. It can be such a beautiful journey together.

Shame that nobody baothered to answer you. He looks like a really cute boy. What do you want to use him for?

So did you get her? How's it going? Love to hear all about her.

Hi everyone. Yip, I will belong to this group in August '08 and have been involved with horses since I was four. Cannot imagine life without them. Their generosity of spirit is something man could do well to try to copy. Wonderful, wonderful creatures.

Yip, have had this problem all my life and I am sure plenty of others have aswell and as you say the custom made boots are hideously expensive. One can usually find a boot that sort of fits but it seems that they are never as elegant as the ones you would like. I can't imagine why it is so difficult for manufacturers to make a wider variety of 'standard fit' boots when there must be thousands of riders who would prefer some sort of in between size or outsize.

I have great big 17hh warmblood who is not into being clipped and marches backwards at pace at the sound of the clippers. The best way to prevent this I have discovered is to take knee high feed bins and lay poles on top of them to form a square around him. Once inside this very low and rickety pen he will stand like a lamb. Can you believe it!?

Hey there. How sad that the poor girl was abused before she found you and I bet she's real pretty. One of the things you could do with her is clicker training. Many horses respond very well to it and seem to thoroughly enjoy it. You can use it teach all kinds of cool things that ridden horses would not usually learn. Have fun.

Whether accepted or not by your pony club it is pleasing to hear that you are not cranking it up. Such items of tack are no more than gadgetry and, I believe, that no caring skillful rider should need to resort to such tricks. You go with your loose noseband and the best of luck to you.
