Here is a website with several universities listed with equine science degree programs. http://www.equusite.com/articles/other/otherEducationCollege.shtml A friend of mine has an accounting degree but many, many years of experience with training horses. Before we bought our farm, I self care boarded 3 horses. There was a barn with a large run-in, a place to store my tack and horse cart as well as storage for my hay and feed. The horses had access to three pastures about 4 acres each. there was also a small paddock attached to the barn. There was another 80 acres of woods with trails to ride on. I was charged $60/horse in the summer and $80/horse in the winter. I thought that was fair.
